Learn what we have to offer with overnight cat boarding and see the steps to make your first booking

While your cat is staying with us, they'll enjoy a free roam, home like environment with plenty of amenities, fun interactions and extra TLC. Inside the house, our guests like lounging on the couches, watching T.V., playing with toys and so much more. We also keep beds and blankets accessible around the house, so your cat always has a place to rest. We have scratching posts and cat condos available for all of our feline friends. Litter boxes are provided, but we ask that you bring your cats usual litter to help prevent accidents. Cats are supervised throughout the day and always put in their own area when they aren't being supervised. If you prefer your cat be in a private room for the duration of their stay, please let us know.  When it's time to eat, we feed every cat as close to their usual feeding times as possible and they're all given their own area to eat. When it's time to go to sleep, each cat will be able stay in the area they seem most comfortable, or a specific area you request. We have private rooms and we're also able to provide multi-pet sleeping arrangements for pets coming from the same home.

 Contact us

Contact us and let us know a little about you and your cat. We prefer texting or emailing if you choose to contact us as speaking on the phone can become difficult when the dogs want to join the conversation. The questions you'll answer will allow us to give you an accurate quote and decide if this is the best fit for your pet. Please be aware of our policies & procedures.

 Book services

Please choose the "Book Now" option and follow the prompts to create an account for you and your pets. You'll be asked to provide details about your pet including general information, medication, vaccinations, etc. as well as a signature on our booking wavier. Once you've created an account, choose the "add booking" option and fill out a booking request. Once you submit a request, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm availability. If we are available and your boarding request is accepted, a 50%-100% non-refundable deposit is due to secure the booking (remaining amount is due prior to boarding start date).  If you have any trouble using our online booking process, please text or email with your request information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 Pack for your pets stay

When packing for your pets stay, please be sure to include the following items:

  1. Food​​

    • Dry food​

      1. Pre portioned meals in Ziploc bags (preferred)​

      2. One large Ziploc bag - Please write per-meal serving size (1 scoop, 1 1/2 scoops, etc.) on the bag​

    • Wet food​

      1. Canned food with pet's name and serving size written

      2. Fresh food prepackaged with instructions and labeled with your pet's name                                                                                                                      Please provide 2+ extra days of meals for your pets in case of unexpected delays or changes 

  2. Collar and ID tags with up-to-date contact info​​

  3. Treats: If your pet has any dietary restrictions, please bring their treats from home

  4. Medication/ Vitamins/ Supplements: Prescription medication must be kept in prescription bottle - all medication/ vitamin/ supplement bottles must be packaged into a Ziploc bag with your pet's name, dosage amount and dosage time written on it

Please do not bring items outside of this list! Your pets' belongings need to fit into their cubby for guest safety ​​​​​

 Drop off

All drop offs and pick ups are by appointment only! 

  1. We will contact you to confirm your drop off time

  2. Text when you're on your way (minimum of 10 minutes prior to arrival) with your ETA

  3. Text or call when you arrive (No doorbell or knocking) and please remain in your car until someone comes to assist you

  4. We will meet you in the driveway to collect your pet and their belongings

  5. Please say a quick and nonchalant goodbye to your pet to decrease the likelihood of them becoming anxious or stressed (We know it's hard, but a quick pet and handing them over is what's best!)​
    • Leave belongings on the stairs closest to the driveway if they cannot be taken inside immediately​

    • If you have multiple pets, they will be taken inside one at a time, please wait in the driveway during this process and do not approach the door or walk your pets

    • Keep in mind: Owners are not permitted inside to maintain a low stress environment

 Relax

Now that you've dropped them off its time to relax! 

When your pet arrives, they'll have time to explore. Once your pet is relaxed, we start one-on-one supervised introductions with our current guests (if your pet is friendly and willing to interact). After successful introductions, your pet will be roaming freely with their new friends!
